Savage parts.

I ordered a new stock for my wife's savage Mk II FV-SR. Now I need the parts, but I called savage and they said their export license Han expired and they have been waiting for 2 months for it to come through. Any idea where to get parts for savage rifles?
 
Hey nonrandomhero,

I'm guessing you called the main number on their web site which takes you to Savage US.

You need to call the Savage Arms plant in Canada for .22 parts, at 705-652-8000.

Savage Arms was just bought out by ATK recently and they are still in the process of changing export/import licenses, etc.

Oh, shoot me a pm and let me know what parts you require.
A good friend of mine, the VP of the Savage Arms Canadian plant, where all rimfires are produced (err....except for the B-Mag, for now) will be over at my place tomorrow!
