I chopped my NR Beretta CX 4

Interesting. I kind of like the original look.p but your modification looks nice too. :)

I've been debating buying a CX4 just for a fun range toy. I would probably buy one chambered in .40 S&W just because I own a Beretta PX4 Subcompact and the CX4 takes the same magazines with an adapter.

What is your opinion of the firearm? Would you recommend it to others?

Tight shooting gun very accurate. Trigger is pretty mushy. but over all I would recommend it. Got a little over 3000 rounds through it with 0 malfunctions Did mod because it is a little tricky finding mag release with the thumb hole stock. Uses pistol controls.
 
Looks alot better, I hate the look of that gun usually...looks too spacey. Yours looks alot better, I would consider one if they were like that and cheaper.

Awesome, thanks! I'll probably pick one up soon. I'm hoping there will be some decent Christmas sales to take advantage of.
 
I rather have it's orginal way it gives a little more strength to the firearm so I wouldn't want to hack it off.

Does it flex when shooting or when you hold it sling ect?

Havent noticed it shooting any different. It feels the same When you try and flex it by hand. It was the one thing I was nervous about before the hack.
Feels solid.
