Lee Enfield and Rememberance Day

Not to me. I wanted one before I ever attended a Remembrance Day ceremony.

I hear ya, hadn't even noticed the rifles that the Army Cadet honour guard stood with until last year and then said Hey, thay have No 4's ! I assume though that the white band around the buttstock and end of the barrel indicate they are deactivated?

think that white band just means the cadets own them, they still shoot them, but i think they are 22LR. i could be wrong. my oldest daughter 24 now, remembers firing them and they used Lees in 22LR and 303. that wasnt that long ago.
