Menck 870 shell latch staking tool. Where to buy?

Hi, I want to buy a Menck 870 shell latch staking tool? Brownells will not ship this item to Canada as the manufacturer does not have an export licence. Any one carry this in Canada?

You don't need it. You can stake the shell latches with any old punch.
