Hi All Southern ON shooters.
Elmira Rod and Gun Club and SORSA are hosting a score type benchrest match Sunday Nov24. Start time 9 am.
5 relays at 100 yards in the morning, 5 relays at 200 yards in the afternoon.
Number of rounds required 25 scoring rounds per yardage. Suggest at least 25 additional for sighters. So minimum 75 total
Bipods, Mechanical Front rests, Sand bags allowed
You will shoot at 5 separate scoring targets and 1 sighter target per relay. 1 scoring shot per each scoring target. 7 minutes per relay.
You can shoot as many sighters at the sighting target as you want at any time during the 7 min. relay
Rifle classes,
a) Factory Rifle (Any factory chambered center fire rifle, any scope, bedding mods, safe trigger mods, crowning, recoil pads allowed)
B) Light and Heavy Bench Rest rifles
No guarantees, but this match has been attended by SuperShoot winners, custom bullet makers, custom barrel makers and even Ont0001.
Come out and hobb-Knob. Maybe even the elusive world record Nemisis .308... nah, that won't happen.
Google Elmira Rod and Gun Club For directions.
