Is this a Black Rifle?

First off, it's black! It's 5.56 with a 16" barrel and has a flash hider. It also takes AR magazines.

Again, no. It's advertised to take AR mags so even the 10-round it comes with is pinned to 5. I have some PCV-50 mags coming in the mail and I'm going to pick up a couple of pmags to check them out.

I could be wrong on this since I am still new to all this but my guess is that since you 'could' use it in a semi-auto AR it would still need to be pinned EVEN if that isn't currently what the magazine is being used for.

The ar pistol mags can be used in an ar and aren't pinned to 5. I guess the magazine would have to be stamped bolt action. I don't think a company would stamp the action type on the mag. And the firearm would have to be sold in canada. I read the reason we can't use the 10 round vz 58 pistol mags is because they aren't sold in canada
