Soviet combo deal with a free ak-74

got mine in the mail today YA-HOOOOOO so very happy. as new AK74 love it had intended to sell it but not now. its goin on the shop wall behind the lath and mill. thank you very much John !
 
I'm curious, with how well these seem to have sold, why Marstar would not get another shipping container of deactivated Prohib Soviet weaponry and start flogging it to what seems to be a very receptive CGN market (?)

If the import is repeatable, it seems like a no-brainer to me…?

This has been the best firearm purchase I've found yet. The AK is absolutely mint! All you naysayers lost out, big time! The only thing that worries me is that I might not have the cash for next deal John dishes out!

Yup, couldn't agree more (even tho I did get the AK74 deal). Hopefully Johnone can do another deal like this but with a SVD or something ;-)

what is the condition of the finish on the AK wood ? worn finish, flaky ??

what is the overall condition of the refurbished SKS ?

My AK74 finish is like new, not worn or flaky. As unissued.
SKS is typical refurb in excellent condition, all matching, stock ###x forced to match.
Best buy of the year. Gonna be hard to top this fantastic deal!!!
 
Mine just arrived last night. It is in excellent condition, the wood and metal both look beautiful, not dinged up even a little.
