I feel a bit more normal now, although I considered a crate buy,, if the right deal came along and it wasn't a picked over crate I still would!,,, SEE what I mean!well believe it or not, I think im up to about 50 ish .
What would you place for value? A few people have asked if it is for sale.
Thanks for the info and opion, it won't be for sale than! As for the rarity in my opion it is more rare, out of 9999 (just a guess) 90% would be 4 digits 9% 3 digits, .9% 2 digit and .09% 1 digit. I did a quick calculation off of wiki and figured approxmently 151 number 1 per year . I have heard of an number 2, but I searched and could not find a number one.
Hi Yooper. It took a long time to get anything but chinese sks's around here so this is relatively new for us. We're lucky now with quite a few choices in the red rifle department. The $200 SVT is the latest thing to happen and I'm sure glad I picked one up! A nice ISZY '41 to boot.Great rifle shooting a powerful round. Now we need aftermarket scope mounts and we'll be off to the racesNice Rifle. I had one AT8n. Remember they ran guns in series and your gun was the first in that specific series, a neat variant!!!
You guys are so lucky in one way...............being able to buy SKS's and SVT's. I would be looking really hard at building a collection. Of course, living in the U.S., we can no longer do that but did have that opportunity in the early 90's. I just wish I bought more SVT's, they are the dark horse!!
