I took my new DE out to the range last week with some .44 loads that I made for my Ruger S Redhawk - these were 9.3 gr 800-x with a 240 gr berry JHP. The lighter load wasn't enough to properly cycle the DE.
So, I'm thinking I'm gonna make up some new loads using titegroup for the DE and was thinking about starting at 9.5 gr and working up to 10 gr (same 240 gr JHP.
I also have some autocomp and W231 that I could use, but I'm trying to standardize on one powder (in this case titegroup).
Any one see any issues with going this route?
