average shippign times?

Hi i ordered a 22 from can am on the 17th. Whats your experience on shipping times. The order had been processed and credit card billed not shipped yet....I want to shoot my new gun ;)
 
my oct 31st order came in 3 days ago, and there was no gun in it, so it's probably faster.
I think you'll have to be patient!
 
By Christmas hopefully. good luck. Il never order from them again. Saving a couple bucks is not worth zero customer service/support
 
I thought it was illegal to charge a card before the item left the premises. Speaking of finished goods, not something for which a partial deposit is logical. Anyone know?

I never worry about the time it takes for stuff to come, never lost a single parcel in about 45 years, but I did notice shipping skyrocketed as tweakers asked so many question about their stuff that everyone now has to pay for tracking (so good move to ask on a forum first and not contribute to the general pressure for ever more tracking info.) ATMO.
 
Once I pay for something I'd like to know where it is. I don't think that's to much to ask. Regardless if its sitting on a pallet in their warehouse or if its shipped. Even a weekly update so as to assure the customer that their is progress being made. Canada Ammo didn't offer any of that to me. I even tried to cancel the order yet still I never got a response. So now I take my business elsewhere and warn all those who will listen NOT to do business with Canada Ammo ( we do have great sponsors on this site who give a ####)

not even weekly but some kind of update...
ordered my combo on the 16th payment went through and a week later still no notice?
if it is in stock it shouldn't take over a week to ship
 
Hmm you guys are not making me feel too good lol. I looked at other posts before I ordered about the awesome customer service...ill give em the benefit of the doubt for now. Thisll decide whether I buy again though.
 
I've ordered from them in the past. They would be slower if they answered all the email stuff sent to them. Tracking and shipping confirmation would be a step up. I was two weeks for ammo...seems reasonable. Great pricing just bought a grizzly and it was $40 cheaper than any other dealer. They do have a really basic tracking program on their site.
I'll bet another week they seem to be about a week to get shipping rolling then a week...totally guessing but past experience.

I did email them to confirm that my order did go through and that no more action was required on my part. They responded the next day. I guess if you all want to spend more money you can get your stuff faster. I can wait if it means more money in my pocket for ammo. :cool:
 
I have found them to be excellent and also know they are busy.

Ordered a case of ammo and they confirmed the order and charged my CC four days later.

Shipped it 7 days after that and I had it in my possession 1 day later.

All things considered I thought that the communication/service were excellent.

They messaged me said they were really busy... seems like they need to hire an xtra hand if they are that under the gun. DO you also mean buy from someone else? No one else has what I want and im being patient just wondering. Seems like hit or miss from the comments and other threads, either really fast or dead slow lol.
 
CanAm: Ordered .22 ammo on the 18th. nothing yet. Never got an email back on a possible order.

Hey OP , did you try there 1 888 # on there web site to contact them for customer service / ask about your shipment ? --- oh wait - that's just a automated answering service saying they don't take calls Laugh2

Same here OP , take your $$ and seriously slow to do anything after that ---- BUT you will eventually get your goods

seriously --- why have a phone # for service if its not taking calls Laugh2
 
Same here. The chief delay was getting the handgun transferred.
Shipping times were also faster than expected.
Plus the usual targets, a couple of free magazines, and some free 1911 rubber grips.

I wanted to update. I received my gun today. So 15 days from order to house. Not too bad during a busy season.Not as fast as say amazon or other online retailers I have dealt with but not that big of a deal. Can't wait to try it out!
