Please let us know that it will not be forever.
 
Time to see if investing in a brass catcher and picking up all my handgun brass all NORC 2000 pieces was worth it or not
Anyone reload this stuff or care to share their recipes .?
 
I've got 700 rounds still, and well the gun. Been thinking of getting rid of it, but only for a Swiss K31! I have also kept all my brass, and will try my hand at reloading in the new year.
 
Does that mean my order from last week is not going to be filled? Just my luck.

Nope. Just checked. My order was processed and payment accepted.

Now I can take my time reloading all the 45 brass I have and still be able to shoot.

Have you ever experienced a casing failure with NORC brass, reloads.
? Casing splits can cause chamber erosion.
Riderrick are you loading hot loads or just average when getting split casings?

This is my exact load and I have noticed half a dozen split cases out of the thousand that I have reloaded.

reloaded TONs of norinco stuff, works just fine, the brass is MUCH nicer when I am done with it then when it comes out of the factory,

currently I have some norc brass that is 3rd gen (ie used once factory, reloaded, fired, reloaded and ready to fire again) and I have not noticed any undue stress on the cases.

I do run a fairly soft .45, 230 grn round nose or 170 grn hollow point, with about 4 grains of bullseye powder or 4.5 for the HP bullets,

its got VERY little kick for the speeds it is putting out,

glad I have been shooting this stuff for long enough to get a solid brass collection going... I was literally buying it as ".30 per brass case, bonuse powder, primer, and bullet with every case bought!"


but yeah... damn I will miss all this cheap commie ammo :(

maybe I could get a shipping company kick starter going?
