If you're worried about them not having another in stock, email them those photo's and tell them you will be exchanging the rifle. I've never dealt with CanAm but I've heard they are easy to deal with when it comes to these kinda things.
Also this thread caused me to take a look at my recent 2013 Marstar 305. To which I found this. Empty chamber. All I've done with this thing is strip grease it and fire 10 rounds through it. Never really closely inspected it. Now I'm kinda pissed.
