The Stripped NEA AR-15 Lower Receiver I received from Frontier today... ...looks great.

Admittedly it's got one "smudge" near the crest which you can see in the photo, and a couple of edges seem a little less than "perfect".

But I'll say, for $185 (ish) including taxes and shipping to my door, i'm very happy.

I also want to point out that Frontier shipped the Lower within around 36 hours of me placing my online order and I had it in my hands within around 6 days of that late-night order. Great user experience with Frontier.

Pretty good price for a lower. Wipe down with some rubbing alcohol and Froglube paste it and those little smudges will kinda disappear.

SFRC has a good deal on the Z marked ones.

They are Z marked duplicates, but that doesn't make much difference.

I guess I have some building in my future!

That is a smokin' deal.

Put in whatever LPK, BCG, Barrel, etc and you have a solid set up.

There are the naysayers and the supporters of NEA, granted. But I have no issue building a platform from their stripped uppers and lowers.

For a billet lower made in Canada the NEA lowers are really nice. Really good score for anyone that got one or two of the Z lowers from SFRC a month or so back.

Saskatoon GunWorks sometimes brings them in...but they sell quickly. Last batch that I know of were going for $189ish.
