17 WSM Ammunition

If it's around $14-17 per 50, it's going to make the HMR sweat quite a bit. Now, where's my CZ 455 Varmint or Cooper Custom Classic chambered in 17 WSM ;)

I hope so the cheapest I've found in town is 13.49 and 13.99 per 50 which isn't horrible, taxes in comes to .30/round. But if it's $14-17 for wsm that's the same price and even less than some I've seen in hmr

I put the cart in front of the horse (Bmag on backorder) and picked up a 50rd box of 20gr Vmax for $18.95 locally yesterday. They had lots in stock along with the 25gr offering also.

That is certainly not cheap. I can load my 20 Vartarg for that, and it drives a 32gr v-max at over 3700fps.
 
Yep, this is crazy, I picked up a couple boxes of the 20 gn ammo from Cabela's in Winnipeg yesterday, and I don't have the rifle to shoot it! LOL. Im thinking as soon as the rifles come out, were going to see a shortage of ammo here. just a gut feeling.

So, WHEN are the B-Mags being released here? Anyone know?
 
Just noticed that Cabelas.ca has it listed,,
Box ox 50 20 gr HV is $16.99
Box of 50 25 gr HE is $17.99
It`s a few bucks more than the 17 HMR, New cartridge, new rifle, I`m thinking that the slightly higher price might slow the sales down once the novelty wears off.
 
We have ammo in stock (25 gr) but no guns yet. We just got back from several dealer shows and there was little new info (that they would share with us) on guns or more ammo. Phil.
