Century Arms VZ2008 Sporter Non Restricted VZ58's are Coming... Yay or Nay?

Century Arms VZ58's are coming to Canada, as several sponsors are bringing them in with Canadian non-restricted barrels and a newly USA made receiver. What do you guys think? Seem to be quite a bit more expensive than in the US, even considering the new barrel... Anyone have anything to add? Details are a little slim right now cou:


 
It's the same price point as current CSA non chromed ones right now. If the warranty is good and they come chromed lined, I'd consider one
 
Century Arms has a terrible reputation for the AKs they make. They are apparently absolute junk.

hopefully it wont be the case for these. Won't be a guinea pig though.
 
The quality of some of the new "Made in the U.S.A." firearms in recent years have made up my mind.

Well, the US versions are restricted. If that doesn't bother you, the cheapest on GB right now are on average $500. Add $200 for import with IRG, $25 in shipping, + gst, and local shipping, plus shipping on the US side to get it from the seller to IRG....

$850 to $900....

They're re barreling them with 18.5" barrels to make them non-restricted.
 
I have to be honest, when I heard Century vz58's were coming in I was expecting $599-$699 at most. Their reputation is absolutely horrible in the States, hopefully people get lucky with them up here.
