AR15 Grip screw question

Hi guys, my new AR15 has the slot style grip screw and this is my first time trying to remove one of them. None of my flatheads fill the slot properly and it is torqued in there pretty good, I am afraid of stripping it without the proper bit. Does anybody know what size of bit the slot takes so I can buy the proper one and not worry about damaging the screw? Thanks.

. Not sure but the screwdriver I use says S2 and SL 5/16 X6 on it.
Fits the grip screw well and is also good for rifle stock screws and screws on some rail mount accessories.

Ok, great thanks, I found a 5/16 bit at home depot and will give it a shot, this thing is cranked in there tight.

You are going to need a tool with equal girth.
