OMG, Did I get the last NZ-85B (CZ85 Clone)

I just pruchased an NZ85B from CanAm because I LOVE my 1911A1 purchase,
(Deal with ammo crate of course) and wanted a 9mm. After checking ratings on web reviews I pulled the trigger and ordered. When I went back to Canada Ammo's web site to look at the beauty I purchased, it now says out of stock. If this was the last one and I got it I am stocked, Christmas present to myself, glad I didnt wait. Already received info that they have applied to transfer too.
Another great experience, keep it up CanAm.

Maybe the last one there, but there are others out there. Let me know how you like it. I can't decide between that and the NP34 or NP 22.I found places that have stock, 349.00- 369.00, but I am sure they won't last long, as you have proven. Please keep us posted and congrats. Merry Xmas.

The NP22 is a great gun & when compared to the P226 , is almost identical . great shooter at 1/3 the price of its Sig alternative.

If there is one thing about buying guns in Canada it is: Always buy it when it is in stock. or if its a deal. or if you can see yourself ever wanting it. I have missed so many good deals, rare guns, rare accessories by waiting. Even waiting til payday has just killed awesome deals or hard to find purchases for me. NEVER AGAIN :D

Ain't that the truth. Could have got NP22 or NP34 for 360.00 tax and shipping incl. during Black Friday sale, but with Xmas coming, did not think it was a good time to spend money on myself. It sucks that we are into something that someone can't by us as a surprise. My husband wants to, but since he has no PAL, all he can do is stick cash in and envelope. Just not the same.

I agree, my wife is similarly not really into firearms still. Sucks not to be able to share your passion with them (or more importantly receive the gifts you really want from them!) Gotta keep working on 'em.

I would also recommend the Norinco P226 clone, I shot my NP58 side by side with a 226 in .40 that I owned for all of about 3 weeks. Needless to say which one went, and which one stayed. :)

Hi kschneider, I know there are more out ther, but this seems to happen alot, I hum and haw as to "do I need/want another" and then I go ahead and purchase, next thing I know, I am telling friends about it, they go look, and they are sold out. Odd?

WoW, fast service, ordered on the 11th, my NZ85 arrived at my door last night the 18th. It is WAY BETTER than I expected, tight frame, no rattle and minimum sharp edges. The mags were a bit rough and hard to load at first, but worked the springs with light oil and time will tell. Have not shot it yet, but cycled some rounds and seem to feed and eject fine. Can't wait for some warmer weather to take to the range.
So far, nothing but great stuff from CanAm and fast service, they are the bestest. Sorry, but financially I will not be purchaseing any more stuff................until next year.

I like mine. Been a great gun so far. I find it difficult to ####. Not sure why that is but it by far is my most difficult gun to ####. I am very happy overall with it.

There is something about CZ mags not fitting without mods. They will not lock in the mag well. Tried my friends mags with the plastic base plates and they would not lock. My mags fit and run fine in his gun.

Best/ most accurate hand gun I have in the fleet. Double action, and at the price it's a steal!!! Also feed everything through it (1000+)not one ftf or fte:)

Thanks Zelly_101 for posting pics this is exactly what I got. The molded case was a nice surprise too. So far everything feels and functions great. Very well made, except grips which will be the only thing I replace. Just like my M1911A1-grips only, why mess with something that is already great. Don't see point of throwing a lot of mony into a budget shooter, after all cost and reliability is main reason I purchase Norks.

You got that right. For once I followed my gut and ordered a non-restricted CX-4 Storm carbine from Al Flaherty's for $999 when just about everyone else wanted over $1100. Sure enough within the week Flaherty's price went up $100. Lucked out on that one.
