Have they resolved the cracking receiver issues?

The rifles are expected to arrive in Canada direct from Bushmaster by early in the second quarter of 2014, and are currently being advertised for pre-order by all dealers at $2799, which is fairly competitive, considering that the US MSRP will be US$2800, and Bushmaster will probably be able to sell every rifle they can produce.
We have had our orders for the non-restricted ACR's for quite some time and our price is $2799. While I don't want to say who got their order in first with the distributor...we can advise that that our delivery will be from the first shipment that may be as late as June 2014. We we asked by the distributor not to go public with this info but since it has now come out they have authorized our info release. We have a fairly large shipment coming in but we expect to sell out in short order. We would likely be able to sell out in the store without advertising but due to our commitment to CGN we are taking advance orders with or without deposits. Due to the recent issues with the TNW M37 and M2 50 BMG's we are reluctant to take big deposits so we are saying only $100 deposit is required(people with deposits will get first crack). Contact by email or phone for orders please. Phil.
Yes this pic looks like the one shown to us when we placed the order. I like this set up as I more interested in accuracy than compactness and light weight. My current semi auto 5.56 non restricted is a Swiss Arms Sniper and this may end up replacing it down the road if the accuracy is as good as we expect. As noted previously they will be in black initially and down the road I am hoping for a dark earth option. Phil.
For a bush gun IMO the ACR wins unless the beretta is going to be able to be swapped to 450 or 50 caliber like you already can with the ACR.I was more interested in this as a bush gun so I'm holding off till I can handle one and maybe till the Beretta comes to market.
You can get a Tavor for the same price, which is what, around 9 inches shorter overall? And probably lighter as well.
