reloading bench, lets see it!

nothing fancy,i reload pistol cartridges only. room isn't exactly large but it's comfortable enough for my needs. the XL can get me 400 rounds-hour, i have the conversion kit for each caliber,just ordered the redding pro comp die set for the 40 SW,already work with it in 9mm.life is good,shelves are filled with cleaned cases ready to load...

I call it the reloading room that Costco built since the roll cabinet, bench, stool and power bar were sourced there. Behind the door is a Stack-On cabinet for ammo storage. New addition since photos taken is a powder and primer storage 36" X 20" X 20" chest made from pine project sheets located against the grey work bench.

That looks absolutely great. Neat, clean and organized. Mostly top notch gear. Just do your self a favour and trade your Dillon for a 650 with case feeder, you won't regret it.
 
Thanks Jack and mjn. Agreed, a place for everything and everything in its place is the rule. Funny now things drilled into you just can't be unlearned.

So far the 550 is treating me well, but if I tripped over a 650 I definitely wouldn't resist.
 
My next project around the house (after the others are finished, maybe sooner) will be a nice reloading station. I love what I am seeing here, well done!

Here's my "small space" setup.

Restaurant table base with 3 layers of plywood screwed and glued for the top. The top is smaller than the base so its actually fairly stable, its small enough to hide in the closet if i need the space. When i need more table space I pull out a plastic table with fold out legs.

So far this setup worked well for me.


 
Here are some pics of mine from a few months ago, it's amazing looking at those pics how much crap a guy can accumulate in a few short months(it is way more crammed now). I still need to build some shelves over the table.

Your just lucky your wife is cool with having a setup in the living room! I'm fighting about setting up in the spare bedroom in the basement for Pete sake! Something about blowing up the house for sure if there is gunpowder around. I just don't get her sometimes. Oh well she'll get over it. Great looking setups guys.

It does help when she is an avid pistol shooter. Also makes for some interesting conversation when people come over and see a setup in the living room

She is a woman they are all crazy just some more then others. Trouble is as guys we can't live without them.
