Got all the ammo, mags, holster, mag holster and glock with upgraded larger mag release (not a fan it will be coming off) and trijicon night sights.



I plan on putting some type of grips on it, maybe custom slide back plate because I can. We will see how it preforms at the range if I want to mess with internals.
 
Nice, good move on the gen 3. Glocks probably got the gen 4 ejection problem resolved by now but why chance it. Seen some vids on the gen 4s erratic ejection probs. Like the grip better on gen 3 as well.

Nice! Enjoy but I think you're going to need more ammo.
I added a Pacmayr Handall grip on mine. Fills my M/L hands perfectly and smooths out the finger groves (which I'm not a fan of).
I installed Trijicons and a Glock 3.5(-) connector with a NY1 spring but I think the stock set up is fine as is.

I bought a new gen4 17 last spring can't recall being hit in the last 1000 shots. Maybe in a bad crosswind...

haha that range bag is a sweet lil thing. Fits all cleaning/tools and ammo/mags I need for a day or a great bug out bag.
I like the grips, very different from what im used to (M&P .40) I have trijicon tritium night sights also. I need a rear sight tool tho :(

also, lots more ammo in the bag ! Lol

First time I fired a Glock 17 I was hooked and loved that pistol. Went into my local gun shop a few weeks after and immediately bought the Glock 17 Gen 4 he had in stock. It's been a solid performer.

I'd install a Ghost ultimate trigger bar and polished up the internals it makes the trigger much nicer. Congrats on your buy.
 
What's up with the OEM Gen 4 EXTENDED magazine release?


I thought the Gen 4 came by default with an extended mag release since everyone and there brother had one on the Gen 3's. What is there left to extended from and OEM release on a gen 4? Or is it aftermarket?

Tis a gen3 I personally hate the extended mag release. Took it off already. The stock mag release is fine.
