I was at Gander Mountain yesterday. Found this on the shelves..

It was rather expensive (about 375$/1000) but was both lead core and non corrosive..........


It's a shame I could not brign some with me !:(

Maybe some dealers can brignt it in Canada?!?
 
Lots of reports down here stating that it is in-fact corrosive. You pays your money....you takes your chance. I would assume corrosive, or test it yourself.
 
Just out of curiosity, beside the whole cleaning deal, is there anything different for 7.62X39 ammo that one should know ??

I mean, I searched for it and beside the fact that corrosive ammo requires ''more'' cleaning, I found nothing else
 
CanAm, I know that few, if any, US distributors try to confirm if any of the ammo they sell is in-fact non-corrosive. Do you guys do any pre-marketing, pre-sale testing?

Our plant does not even make corrosive any more, but I frequently test the ammo that comes in as it only takes a few minutes.
