Once you have your zero, you remove the three set screws, stack the shims in alternating fashion, then install the turret at 0 being careful no to damage the o-ring.
Done. You'll go slightly past zero when hitting it, but it's quick and easy to dial down fast, then the required clicks back to zero. It stops you from having to keep track of revolutions which is huge in my books. I use my zero stops every single time I go shooting. Often just to start or end the day.
I like the Razor system better, but ANY zero stop system is a huge benefit. I had no issues with my PST. I wish I had it for my other gun...
