Every once in a while I receive what I call raving fan service - Where a Canadian company provides the kind of service that I see more often in the USA - Sad to say but because of all the competition, if you dont provide great service you probably are not going to be around for long - because there are lots of other companies who want my business. Often I find that Canadian companies have this attitude - You should be grateful you get to buy products through us. I know this isnt always the case because I have went into some big stores in the USA and left because I felt like I was disturbing them - but overall I have found I receive better customer service in the USA

So who is this Canadian company that provided such amazing service? Glad you asked. There are a number of them on this site but today I want to mention
X-Reloader from QUE. I called and left a msg about a question I had - The next day I received a call back providing me with the answer so I could place my online order - Within 2 days I received my order along with a special gift included.

I was impressed by how quickly they responded and that in addition to my order included a special Christmas gift

Someone pointed them out earlier but I'd forgotten about them. Thanks for the heads up. I like their prices and will definitely give 'em a try.
 
Hmm... Decent inventory... Competitive pricing... Huh? They don't sell powder? WTF? Did I just miss it? I looked for it for a while. :D

who the hell are you talking about? walmart?

every company i deal with i get tried great( international shooting supply, daves tactical, wanstalls, reliable, canam, budget shooter supply, canadian tactical cowboy, etc etc etc) even wholesale sports have gotten their act together


lever arms is the only douchey place i know of, but i did get some free stripper clips there last
