The mill idea will be easier said than done me thinks. Brass is soft and thin and it will be an issue to keep the cutter from grabbing the case and crushing it. However you boys are smart, I'm sure you will come up with a solution.
christ....my JRC 9mm carbine with 147gr ammo with a FAKE suppressor (the Ebay ones) was quiet enough to comfortably shoot with no ear protection. I Can imagine that with a suppressor like our US friends have, it would be all bolt noise.Converting 223 brass is easy, I went to princess auto and bought a 6 inch chop saw and cut off 700 pieces at the neck. Then deburred them on my RCBS case prep center. Then run them through the sizing die. Then trim to length and inner/outer chamfer case neck. Time consuming but worth the effort and you don't need to do it all at once. I did a couple hundred just to get shooting then finished off the rest a hundred at a time.
Even without a suppressor the 208gr subsonics are quite quiet. They really hit the gongs hard to which is fun.
I'm really excited to get a non restricted barrel in 300BLK built for my ACR.
I've also bought factory loads for $16/box so it's not overly pricey to shoot if you don't reload.

What about a stable stripper clip type extrusion, and a table saw, or radial arm?
You could run through three, or four feet at a time.
Brand & Where is what I want to know.
Easier than the chop saw method. If you have access to a lathe, a buddies lathe, a buddies buddy that works with a lathe. Chuck the brass in the jaws (gentle now....), and I used an end mill to trim down to approx .020" above case length, run em through the sizing die, and then my Lyman case trimmer to finish them off. And of course I used a neck chamfering tool. Takes about 1min each to finish per brass.
What barrels are you guys running in your 300BLK upper? Only barrel I can find so far in-stock is the NEA ones.

Apparently you are not looking too hard.

Because most of the prime suspects are in this thread and due to the conversation we had regarding the 300 BLK and hunting, here is the prime source of info for this round and hunting with it. Check out the specific Hunting forum as there are loads of guys in the US taking hogs and deer with subsonics as well as more conventional supersonics.
