I have a Dillon 650 fully setup with a Mr Bulletfeeder and an case feeder in 9mm.

What parts or parts kits will I need to have quick changeover to 45??????

Also if you can recommend your preferred dealer for such items that would be nice too. I prefer Custom Reloading for these items normally.

Dies, toolhead, calibre conversion, and if you want to make it quicker yet, a powder measure and, on mine I installed the alarm to catch over/under charging. I have the same set up as you except no bullet feeder. I think the last time I set up a quick-change set up the total cost for the above was in the $300 range. John is a good source for parts and International shooting Supplies in Surrey ha some Dillon stuff in stack as well.

Keep in mind that for all .45 acp except the "nt" like Speers you will need to switch your primer feed over to Large Pistol--those parts should have come with your press. Henry at Budget might have some Dillon stuff.

How hard is it to switch over the primer disk (small to large)?

I'm getting ready to switch cals too, but that part looks tricky

Very easy to change the disk. You just need to remove the whole assembly by unscrewing 2 hex screws, then remove the fork that holds the disk and voila. You also need to replace the primer seating punch located under the shell plate.

I'll just ad you remove the fork that holds the disk by pushing down on the disk slighlty, thus freeing the fork. Other than that, it's just Remove and Replace exactly as it came apart. Very easy. YouTube is your friend as well/.

Don't forget to get a conversion for you bullet feeder. If it is a old one you will have to contact Rick Koskela @ rick@mrbulletfeeder.com. The new ones double alpha don't fit. Also a large pistol plate for your case feeder.
And yes John and Brad can get them for you.
