It won't be cheap with Turnbull's doing the case hardening and the high grade wood. Looks lovely, but why wouldn't they chamber it for .44/40 which is what it was originally chambered for?

Look at the Winchester website. The 73 is available in 44-40

Mmmm..."Winchester short stroke kit" ...would love to see and try just the kit in a Uberti.

16" has trouble holding ten in the tube, a trait that is essential to the cowboy game, for which these are marketed for.

Look at the Winchester website. The 73 is available in 44-40

It's not quite the same thing... the Navy Arms version is more of a deluxe model while the Winchester is more basic.
