Lets get a some lever action #### going

Not as fancy as some of the ones here, but I love mine.

Marlin 1976 336RC in 30/30 with a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40. Shoots Hornady LeverEvolution like a tack driver. Will test out the 200 yard range soon to see what I can achieve with it.

Freddyfour ... nice job on that stock. That Marlin is just the way I like them.

Thanks! I think it ended up being 6 coats of tung oil, hard to tell from the before pic but there the stock wasn't in the best shape. Not sure I am going to stick with the Skinner sight though, just not 100% on it yet, might just go back to the factory.

Here is my modern day lever gun.
Browning BLR takedown hog stalker in .308. Burris 2.75 scout scope.

Marlin 336 rc in 30/30. It was manufactured in 1961 according to the serial number.
It was my fathers rifle. He gave it to me yesturdayhttp://3.bp.########.com/-kxm1W7Adw50/Us8y_pPt55I/AAAAAAAAA-Y/cQrbMpQ5VZs/s1600/P1090455.JPG

That's quite well preserved, its a total keeper. Try out a few ammo in there you might be surprised at how well those group!

Here's my two lever guns. Both Browning's BL-22 and an unfired 1886 SRC. I had many 45-70 in the past that I hunted deers with but this one still unfired NIB. Got to bring it at the range someday...
