10 22 after market barrells

I put a 20" Butler Creek barrel on mine and it shoots everything.

I might be wrong, but I think the Bentz chambers are pretty forgiving with cheaper ammo and the match chambers don't like it at all. I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.

Dlask makes 2 different types of chamber....

A Bentz chamber is the typical one used by most unless it specifies it has a match chamber.(Dlask calls theirs Extreme)

A Bentz chamber is not a match chamber, rather a tighter chamber than your average sporter. It is designed to maintain reliability while improving accuracy.

A Match chamber will be much tighter and likely have a shorter throat as well, meaning longer bullets, and un-uniform cases might be an issue. Typically you will notice it is difficult, or next to impossible to eject an unfired round from a Match chamber, and that keeping the chamber clean is necessary.

I have Dlask Bentz chamber on mine, it did require an upgrade to a VQ extractor and it's a tad finicky, but well, well worth it. I shoot mostly bulk ammo, it really likes Federal.

My tactical solutions barrel likes cci mini mags better that any match ammo I put through it. 1/2-3/4 at 50 yards easy. Lots under half but I wouldn't say easy. The blazers are great for plinking or shooting large quantities at around an inch. I wouldn't recommend blazer for the gopher patch though, they don't kill very well.

You can't escape the semi-auto reality... To get accuracy you need tight tolerances in the receiver, bolt, chamber, bore and crown... These very factors render the gun "finicky" with regard to function... You have to decide if you want "flawless function" OR "extreme accuracy." There is a sliding scale between those two extremes... Most people find their comfort zone somewhere on that scale... I am toward the accuracy end... But NOT to the degree of "single loading" afterall they are semi-auto's for a reason, otherwise I would be shooting one of my bolt actions or single shots...

good advise I think I will leave the rugers with just trigger jobs and get a bolt action for accuracy. I shoot left handed that is why I have been hesitant to get a bolt action ( limited choices)

You be quite surprised with the accuracy that you get with the Dlask 10/22 setups. I shoot out to 220m all the time with mine

You'd be surprised regarding the availability of left handed bolt guns-------they are out there. Twenty five years ago (or so) left guns used to be alot more $$$ than right handed, this is not the case now.

Wow buying a BC barrel at No sale sports! $200+. Or I hope you get it on a 50% sale. I hope you looked at US prices.
There are some great aftermarket barrels from wanstalls, questar and milarms. These are IMO more accurate barrels and are close if not the same price as WSS and bass pros BC prices.
The rimfire central is where to go for barrel info.
I can't believe no one has said this yet!
