As the title says it seems that, in order to fit my 30 round promag and 20 round tapco mags that I will have to file down the tang at the back by the trigger group. I bought the tapco mag when I bought the gun a couple months ago and it didn't fit well with the wood stock, but didn't worrie to much since I had an archangle on order. I tried to install them today and both mags have the same problem and seem to tight. Have I forgotten to remove something? Or has anyone els had this problem before?

I have both 20 tapco and 30 promag both needed a little filing on the front nose where the triangle slants inward. did not need much. To use strippers you will have to take a little off the top back. I found that the promag is too wide in the back and does not take strippers well. The bullets jump out of the back. Was gonna try to jbweld it up a bit and see if it helps.

i have the archangel stock installed on my 51 and everything else went pretty easily, i just cant get the rear of the mag to fit in the well, seems like it is catching on something
also the bolt hold up doesnt work once the stock 10 round mag was removed so i could use the tapco
any ideas?
damn hard to even try the tapco when you're tring to hold open the bolt with one hand..
