I am looking for this revolver. Does anyone have any info? I've been searching online high and low. I can find the 4.2" ones, but I want a 5"

I just saw one on the EE a couple of days ago. They turn up fairly regularly... until you are actively looking that is :D

And.... O LOOK! I just clicked on the Wanstall's banner and checked since I was pretty sure I saw 629's the other day. Sure enough they list a 5" in stock.

I saw one on gunbroker.com and almost bought it (cheap). This is my next purchase as well, just debating over the 4.2" or the 5" with full underlug.

I think 5" with the full underlug is the way to go.

I need to sell my .243 first before I can buy the .44 mag.

I placed a wanted add for the same gun on EE last week and was fortunate enough to get a solid hit within an hour and should see it this week. Well worth a try.

Last time I was in my local gun shop they had the 5" one in stock. I don't know if they ship, but might be worth a try. The phone number is 250-785-1461.

Gunbroker U.S. how would you have brought it in?

First get registered with Gunbroker and ask permission to buy guns for export through a third party. Then find a gun that you like and commit to purchase it. Make sure the sale is through an FFL dealer, not private, and have them ship it to IRUNGUNS LLC in Arizona. Give IRUNGUNS your info first and they will send you a PDF to make the FFL transfer. E-mail this PDF to the dealer where you bought the pistol, and they will then initiate the transfer. It is very easy to have access to any gun in the United States. Pay IRUNGUNS $200.00 for the service on the first gun and $150.00 on the second.

Thanks sure not many know this..

IF you can find it, I recommend the DX Classic variant with the 5 inch full lug & the rounded grip. This one comes standard with the rosewood grips with the seperate finger grooves as well as the rubber monogrip. I tell you they do feel a bit nicer in the hand versus the squared off grip IMO.
Trivia; they also came with a factory test target.
