Perhaps in the countries that don't allow civilians to own NATO chambered Firearms. The Americans are all holding out for a 9mm version.

On another note, can anyone tell me what a GLOCK 40 is? My search has turned up nothing.

I think it's the competition version of the G21/G36 (i.e......45ACP) like the G34/G35 are to the G17/G22

There is the .22lr version G40?, the G22 is the .40 cal Glock. The G41 is the comp version of the G34/G35 in .45cal.
