Are there any Nemo Omen's in Canada?

I some how came across some advertisements for the Nemo Omen on YouTube. I'm in love.
Hefty price tag but man of all the rifles this one make me happy in my pants.
I want one so bad I will/am considering selling one of my toys to purchase on.
But only if it comes in as non-restricted. I fear the screwed that possibility by representing it as an AR. Even though it may technically not be a variant.

Yes but neither the upper or lower are compattable with typical ar-15's. Basically it looks similar and has some similar designs. From what I gather the only parts that interchange are the trigger group, grip, buffer tube and butt stock.

I hope you're right but since they call it an AR on their site and it looks just like one I'm pretty sure it will be called a variant.
Let's hope I'm wrong.
