The shipping would kill you since they cannot go by mail
I have also had issues with oversized primer pockets in some of these that came from ballastic products and other than some cheddite primers others would just fall out

They don't sell 16ga hulls just the wads
To the OP on hulls I would try a listing in the EE to see if any of the old farts like me have any they are willing to give up. If not you are going to have to get Will to order them in for you from Ballastic products in the US

Or if federal hulls are Ok with you go buy 10 boxes of the federal 16ga at crappy tire which are not expensive and reuse those

I will give them a try but they do not list hulls on their price sheet.
Do they have to go by courier? Can UPS, Purolator, etc do it?
I did email Bilozir to find out about BPI hulls. I have some Remington and Federal hulls, I just want some of those clear Rio hulls.
The ones I ordered out of the US PRIMED once they came into canada through ballastic products,they came the rest of the way with DHL if I recall correctly and were treated no different than loaded ammo so I would say yes any courier that handles ammo would be fine with PRIMED HULLS. very expensive was the shipping vs unprimed and regular mail if you buy with no primer installed
I would order unprimed through Will. He will get them to canada for you and then ship to you just regular canada post Plus with unprimed no worry about them having oversized cheddite primers in them as I witnessed
