HP-38 and Win 231 are for all intents and purposes the same powder.
Sorry, Three powders just cannot cut it for me.
I would much prefer to be allowed about a dozen.
At present, I am certain I have 20 or more different powders to choose from.
For my handguns, I could live with 2.....Unique and Li'l Gun.
the 222 could get by on one only, the 225 Winchester needs 2.
From the 243 up, I like to have choices on hand, even if one "might" get me by, it cannot satisfy all situations.
At the heavier end, I like Norma MRP, IMR 7828, and Reloder 25. [H1000 has applications as well]

That is true but I use the hp38 for my 185gr xtp's 45
Gave me the best results it wasn't a big difference it a difference non the less
