Ruger Mark III VS VS VS Browning Buckmark

Seriously though... I have had nothing but numerous FTFs with the two Ruger Mark 3 that I have tried. Not had any experience with the Browning Buckmark.

Your mark 3 jams? Guess you got a bad one (or batch?). I polished my bolt and the bolt goes back smooth like butter. Feeds anything. Even cycles and feeds most of the time with CCI Quiets.

Ya, I don't know what the issues were with both. They were owned by different people and both different batches of ammo. Everything I have read of them says otherwise. I ended up buying that little Browning 1911-A1. Eats everything.

Mines since been heavily modified though lol, or atleast what I would consider heavily. Which I guess is 1 bonus for the MK III, accessories, not that it needs it.

There is a tops guns episode hosted by Colby Donaldson on this comparison.
Check out episode #7 'deuces wild'
Don't have a link but I'm sure it's on YouTube or history channel.

I have two Buckmarks that are 15 years old and they have never let me down. Don't seem to like super waxy ammo - specifically the Win stuff, but will digest anything else. Super accurate and great ergos.
