Was muzzle recrowned (photo)?

This is the muzzle of my K-letter SKS. Can someone say, if it has an original shape (non-refurbished) or was recrowned?

How typical is it to have muzzles recrowned during a refurbishing process anyway? I use to believe that all rifles with bad muzzles are not subject to restoration and simply destroyed.

Looks to me like it should have been re-crowned. Look at all the nicks in the steel at the edges.

Course, that's just for accuracy & I don't know of anyone who shoots an sks for its accuracy abilities.

I don't see any nicks that would effect accuracy or concern me at all?

That's an arsenal recrown... I have one just like it. Be happy, as many are not as precise as yours.
