Anybody got a line on where to get one of these? Are there specific ones for SVTs/Mosins? Do they require a bent bolt?

Yes, bent bolt required.

The SVT and Mosin setups are different. First, the typical PU system for Mosin is designed to be mount on Mosin with round receiver and they do require a bent bolt. If your rifle is a M91 or a M91/30 with hexagonal receiver,the Pu side mount may not fit properly. In this case, the other system for Mosin sniper is the PEM mount and scope but they are expensive. If you have a Mosin with round receiver, the PU system can be installed but the installation must be done right and the mount and repro scope+ bent bolt will cost $400+ and if you have a gunsmith to do the installation, will cost more. All things considered, getting a sniper clone would be the option, you may find them around $500 if you look carefully or you can get a real refurbed sniper for around $650 or less. Hope that help.
