Marstar threads are my favorite! Every time johnone posts it reminds me why I will never deal with them again. I bet every time johnone posts the competition cheers...lol. I have in the past tried to deal Marstar but it always turns out to be a waste of time and there are many other dealers on here that are amazing to deal with. BUT really OP you are clearly trying to toss $h!#e into a high speed ceiling fan by the way you have went about this thread, stop trying to turn it into a friggin soap opera.
 
Wow these guys at marstar seem like jerks. After readiing this john guys replies. Ill never ever buy from them. Have fun with your fanboys, you should check your attitude.
 
Wow! I was on the edge of my seat....until I realized it was another whiney person airing stupid crap in order to be dramatic rather than resolving it professionally.

In the real world not everything works out as people have planned and problems arise; however how one(OP) chooses to deal with it shows their true character.

Sorry John, not all of your patrons are as idiotic as the vocal few who have posted negative garbage.
 
OK FOLKS, here we are 13 pages and 28 post later, I still don't know the person is ?? Was he for real ? Did he really buy from us ? Did he simply fabricate this posting to see who would chime in ?

Possibly, but the Vendor has also shown their true character... reading this feels like my dealings with Lever Arms. I won't deal with Lever any longer, and after seeing John's posts I won't deal with Marstar either.

The OP may be a whiner and overly dramatic in his delivery, but the vendor is acting like a jerk. That's OK though; I don't think John gives a rat's ass about losing my potential business... and I'm sure he'll be the first to tell me so.

Needless to say (but I'm saying it anyhow), I removed the Tactical Underwear and packed it up for return to Marstar. I'm perplexed however that the offending p3nis seems to have disappeared once I removed the garment.

John (Marstar), although I liked the product, I think you should have a talk to your shipping/packing department and let them know NOT to "accidentally" pack a p3nis into any of the boxes you ship.

So you can just make unsupported claims, not back it up and anyone who calls you on it is a fanboy... and they are the dolts?

Maybe some, like myself, used to be in retail and know the crap that we used to go through with wankers who think they are always right or just have a hate on to abuse people in retail.

Try using a regular font face instead of bold.
Try empowering your staff to deal with these sorts of issues while you're at SHOT.
Try saying something professional, like "Sorry to hear your shipment was damaged in transit. Can you PM me your name or order number with some pictures of this and I'll look into it."

When your first words are insults and snide comments, do you think it is doing you ANY favors with prospective buyers?
