Yep, marstar probably has the licenses to possess them, you just need to start a business that does work for movies, sells to police and what not.

In other words, no.

They are prohib because the firearm can be fired without the stock. That's why Tavors et al are allowed, the stock is integral to the function of the firearm.

Why that should matter, I don't know.
