Why The Delay To Access Equipment Exchanges?

Hi Folks,

I am new to Gunnutz and have presumably been accepted as a new member. Why the delay in allowing access to the exchanges?

Any info would be appreciated.

You need to apply for the acces to the EE.

I guess the mods want to confirm you are human and not a spambot.

remember this forum is most if not full volunteer who have their day job, and other things to do. So they aren't available for 24/7 notice.

You do realize the CGN is a money maker and sole business for those that run/own it right? Mods might be volunteers, but CGN is a business.

I am not surprise to hear this.

what I said is common practice for most forum I see

so when I see it state can take up to 5 days. I assume that were due to volunteer staff.

I do get nearly instant approved after ask for permission. So it is possible that info I look is outdated
