Have a friend who acquired a couple of lbs of Norma 204 Powder with a bunch of items he purchased.

I got them both, and at a reasonable price, too! :rockOn:

Good thing, too....I was down to my last 1½ lbs. Dave.

with the exception of my lee 222rem dies I got all of my reloading gear from my mother-in-law after the father-in-law passed away. it is mostly older lyman and RCBS stuff but it works good enough for my purpose. now if I can just stumble into one of these cheap/free powder deals that would be great.

I can see the young shooters lining up to be friends with c-fbmi in hopes of scoring all his unused goodies. Laugh2 He'll likely keel over soon being so envious of others.

Oh, I wouldn't go that far, I think I am more ENVIED, than ENVIOUS actually..............Karma balances all, I'm quite content with my lot in life and those who get cheap or free goods probably deserve them, God knows I don't NEED anything..........I have to question the balance of Dogleg getting given rifles though....something is just a touch out of whack somewhere............:p:p;)
 
As many handguns as rifles actually. I suspect that people think that currying favor now may help them later if and when I finally snap. Either that, or they want to be on my good side if I ever grow one. Could happen, ya never know.
 
Dave; So what cartridge(s) do you use the Norma204 with...? I can see it being used in the 257 Bob or the 7mm-08.....or 280 Remington.....

It is a class act in the 338 Win Mag with 215/225 grain bullets.

My Vanguard Series II shoots the 215 Partition into ¾moa at a MV average of 3005 fps.
Doesn't get much better than that!

The 225 makes 2900 and pennies, and will usually hover right around MOA.

It also seems to work well in the 30-06 with 165/168 grain pills.

I managed to pick up two pounds of Varget today! I have had a hard time truing to find it the past 6 months
