In defense of CA they promised to honour their pre-order prices, whether or not they sell at a loss. That being said, they still haven't updated their webpage. "available fall 2013" LOL
Remember to put the magic crystals in the time machine!
 
Yeah, still waiting :( I ended up canceling my original pre-order that was open for a long while and decided that I didn't want one when others dealers started bringing them in.

Then Frank and t97.ca came along with their FTU and I was like hell yeah! Back on pre-order with Canamm. Now the new lower is coming out and I want this rifle! I asked CannAmm about their changes and if the FTU or LHG from t97.ca should work. I was told they never seen the FTU..... Really? I mean Really? ....

So I've bought the FTU and will get the LHG, and still no rifle :( , crossing my fingers it will be compatible. I sure would like CanAmm to be more transparent on this!
 
If only they could tell us where it's at, so we can know if it's still in the making or if they abandoned the project.There were some dealers selling theirs for 850$ during boxing day, but a lot of people passed these deals to get the «improved» NRR, I just hope we'll see it one day.I'm on the pre-order list since early 2013, and sure hope it isn't for nothing.

I'm in exactly the same boat. My FTU should be arriving shortly but I still don't have the rifle. It sure would be nice to know what the improvements they're making are and some idea on an ETA.
 
T97 NRR status update

Is there any info on the status of these rifles? People are asking and dont seem to be getting any answers.
 
I think most people will just redirect you to some older posts. Others will get frustrated and tell you to search the forum. Others will laugh and say they are never coming. I wouldn't expect any answers until they are on Canadian soil given what happened in the past.

They'll come when they come, probably without any warning. Kind of works out for me because I'm totally strapped for cash. I like CanadaAmmo, and my situation means I have to wait. If you cant wait then purchase one from the other dealers. I believe the CanadaAmmo one will have some improvements on the original design. No one is really in any major rush to get them in, id rather it be like that. Quality first.

Standing behind CanAmm that's why. Frustrating yes, I backed out once and don't want to do it again. Now if the t97.ca aftermarket wont work with CanAmms model, depending on their improvements, I guess I'll have to have two, or have one up for sale.

I agree, I too have been a waiting for the NRR, but my patience it starting to runout. If the NRR is dead, then let us know so we can buy them elsewhere. If they are coming, let us know and I will wait. Surely CanAm knows what is going on and where the NRR is at. CanAm owes us an update.
 
I too am on the preorder list and am very leary of ordering anything else from CanAm incase the T97s come in and run the credit card up. There is sure some tempting buys BUT I really am waiting for a T97.
 
Can't believe a couple of dudes have the FTU awaiting the rifle. Though it was April 1st instead of Feb for a second.

Admirable. I like canam too.

I'll eat my hat if any of the improvements are tangible.
