I have 2 reflex sights right now 1 is fine the other is not bright at all.When I tried to get it fixed Trijicon told me they would not fix it as it was imported illegally into Canada. Great sight.
They won't deal direct due to permitting issues. Any Trijicon dealer can help, but as pointed out above the item must have been imported correctly into Canada in the first place. There are actually quite a few stolen military units out there.
