I'm getting mine back from the smith installed tomorrow, I'm really excited to try it.

I am far from recoil sensitive, but shooting over a dozen 300 grain bullets were too much for me with the factory brake, had to go down to the less efficient 250gr bullets.

I will have a good benchmark for the recoil reduction at least with my particular gun, which is a pretty lightweight Remington 700 in .338LM.

Next step is to swap to a better recoil pad, but I am quietly hopeful about this brakes performance.
