BC Feb 1st CQB after action report.

Graham, you rock dude!!

Thanks very much!!

I noticed you reach to the front to get the mag after reholstering, does the holster have a mag pouch? Would be faster if it did, less time lost reaching. Have the mag pouch as close to the butt of the pistol as possible, Just a suggestion.

I thought of that, and still might move those pouches there. I took a look at the course of fire, and there was way more rifle than pistol, so I figured having my rifle mags close at hand, was better than pistol. I will likely spend the next month or so trying to figure out what will work best :] Maybe leg holster with mags on it, and then rifle mags on the left as well.

Yeah this was my thought too. Move the mag pouch and that will give you a second or two more.

yar - gonna have to muck about with it for sure.

Either way you look at it, that is some stone-cold badassery right there.

Only thing I could suggest is maybe stack your pistol mags on your rifle mags, and keep them all strong side.

I toyed around with a number of ideas for loading/reloading - and by far the safest, is the way that I've got it right now. I think I got caught off guard in this exposure, which led to missing 2 shots. The previous pistol exposure, I didn't miss a thing :) I have to be cognizant of my safety person behind me, and the rest of the line, so reholstering the pistol works for me. It may slow me down a bit, but that just means I need to practice more to speed things up and develop muscle memory :) Actually - in this video - I got hooked up with the flap being closed; I forgot to undo it.

**Edit - I really do appreciate the positivity coming from everyone! Apologies if I came off like a #### :D

Hey no worries.;) Sorry to come off sounding like the critical guy in the corner.
Just meant to throw some ideas that may or may not work.
You guys have a great thing going! Keep it up.

Definitely didn't take it as critical. I am and will continue to look to the veterans of kit and shooting, for advice and tips. :)

Snipz get me a range contact up there and I'll organize it! We need a 40m range minimum that can accommodate rifles. Should be 25m wide or more. Other than that not much else needed!
