Hi I'm looking for the Cz canadian edition stainless steel handgun anybody in canada know we're to get one I'm in Calgary but I have tried around here with no luck. Thaxs in advance

Just so you know it is not a stainless steel version. It is PVD coated and from what I understand the coating is not that durable

I to am looking for said pistol and have found them here, grouseriver.com/CZ_75_SP_01_Canadian_Edition
They are in Kelona B.C.
I just need to save my pennies now, fairly pricey!

My understanding is that the "top line" Canadian Edition is around $1799....
If anyone knows where I could find a black one, I would appreciate it....:)

Word of caution, Grouseriver rarely actually has things that are listed on their website. So unless you have called or emailed them, and paid a deposit I would be hesitant to actually say they have one. FYI. It helps to view their website as more of a catalog, and not things they actually have on hand, and they are very vague as to when things will actually be in stock or able to be shipped out.

Target Sports has had one listed for awhile. They probably have not updated the site but worth a try.

I have several thousand rounds through mine and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the coating.
Like anything I'm sure if you take care of it you can keep it in good shape. My info comes from the guys at CRAFM in Montreal who say it will show holster wear quicker than the othe finishes and have had some complaints.

lol , my finish is showing a little wear .... might be from dropping it on the cement twice and in the mud once ... luckily only resulted in one DQ and I switched holsters so it don't happen again .

I own one myself and its not a stainless finish its more of a coating. Its a stainless base steel construction and the barrel is stainless, but the slide and frame are not a traditional high gloss or satin stainless finish. Just like gdawg sez. The red grips are CNC milled aluminum

I have many hundred rounds through mine and no issues whatsoever, but I don't shoot IPSC or competitions, mostly indoor usage at the range. I don't use a holster either.

I last saw one last fall at a gun store near my cottage, I'm thinking like early November of 2013, just before deer season. He actually had 2. If you PM me I will give you the name of the store. I just checked his site and he lists one in 9mm but I cant tell if its the "stainless" or black version from the codes. There is no picture either.
