FN Winchesters?

Dogleg. Where is said screw? I imagine I have to drop the action out to find it? First time I've ever done this. Anything in particular I'd watch out for so I don't screw it up? Sorry if it sounds daft but better safe than sorry.

I felt the same way last autumn. So I phoned the online Wholesale Sports rep. and asked him to do a computer search of all of their stock in every store across Canada.
Ten minutes later, he told me that he had found only ONE : .. a BNIB Winchester featherweight, walnut/stainless, in .308 .. he said, "the last one in Canada"

So of course I bought it. It's still in the box. Why? .. because I do not really need it, as I have a Sako M85 stainless in .308 which cost 2x as much and MAYBE I like a little bit more. lol.

Beautiful rifle; it looks like this :

That is a beautiful rifle!

I have adjusted two of mine. If memory serves the owners manual does or used to describe which screw was which. They are as described dabbed over with epoxy to keep the legal department at Winchester happy. I picked out the epoxy with an old dental pick. Takes a small allen key to make the adjustments. I found I couldn't get mine reliably below 3 Ibs. I suspect another victory by the legal department. Anyways it takes a bit to pick out the epoxy and make the adjustments the way you like, mine all break nice consistently between 3 and 3 1/4 Ibs. with no take up or over travel.
