another "whats the value" question

Hey guys, I have an uncle that wants to sell me his guns, so far I've found good values for all but one, I'm stumped and was hoping some one on here could help me out:
Its a Winchester model 06 pump take down, by the serial number it was manufactured in 1914. Its in fair condition, wear on the metal, and lots of little dings in the wood, but from what I can see, no modifications, major fixes or restorations in its past.
So far in my searches, I've seen anything from $200 to $1500. I'm hoping I can narrow it down a little more than that.

Basically a parts gun, $200 value maybe. No finish remaining, wood in poor shape(repaired at tang) and sanded. Still a decent little gun to pot snowshoe hares or partridge with if the bore isn't too bad.
