I'm hoping to get sum Advice I want to have a 13"custom manufactured barrel from Harron Arms made for a savage predator it is a 243 but I want to have a 338 fed I think it is a good Choice for a short hard hitting SBR
I need sum advice on rifling twist for a short barrel 338 fed

I'd also love to hear about this question.

I'm just need to supply Harron arms with rifling twist and send them the cash
It is going to be a cool project I have wanted a hard hitting NR short barrelled rifle
I was going to go with a lever action but it was to much work and to expensive
After doing research I decided to go with a savage boult actions
The 338 fed sounds like a perfect fit

I'd also love to hear about this question.

I will be ordering the barrel next week from Harron arm
It is going on a NR Savage boult action
I hope to find sum one in bc with the tools that will let me put on the new barrel on
Then I'm taking it to the RCMP to prove once and for all it's legal
Will post my NR boom stick project wen finished

Sounds interesting. What barrel twist and contour did you go with? How much was the barrel? I have a Savage .308 and have the gauges, barrel vise/wrench. I've been interested in doing a .338 Fed build as well. Please keep us updated.
