So what's the price tag? I suspect in this case if I have to ask it's to much. But I'm gonna guess in the 2k area.
 
It's totally useless and rather obscene in much the same way that a Desert Eagle is way over the top, totally useless and rather obscene.

It'll be kickass fun at the range though.... :D

Unfortunately, in this country all handguns are useless. Having said that, I want mine to be fun!

I sold my DE, but have a Raging Judge and a 460V to round out the range smile generators.

Curious, what makes a gun "dumb"?

Impractical? yes. (As are all handguns for civilians in this country)

Is it for everyone? without a doubt, it's not for everyone.

Engineering accomplishment? Yes.

Fun? Probably (I'll know soon enough)

Unique and different? Yes

First of it's kind? Yes

It's like an exotic car in terms of its practicality, usefulness and mass appeal.

Just curious as to what criteria you used deem it "dumb"?
 
Its not unique or first of its kind. The concept was developed by SIG P210 gunsmith Vivian Mueller years ago. Also I would argue the "engineering accomplishment" point as the bar would have to be set pretty low for that one.

How many of those are in the hands of Canadian gun owners?

how many were produced for mass market sale?

quick google search seems to show the Sig version never made it to mass production.

So if the Sig wasn't produced in quantity for sale, the AF2011 it is definitely the first of its kind....

I love it , and the "Getting it up here". It's these kind of scores that make the next generation
interested in shooting and in this case acquiring . Bravo!
